The virtual coaching approach utilizes integrated videos for each lesson where a spiritual facilitator coaches the parent through each lesson.  After proceeding through the video training, the parent then takes their youth through this same lesson.

Virtual Coaching does not give the parents the same experience of processing the material with a dedicated facilitator or group.  However, it does give the parents critical guidance to process the material with their youth.

Along with the videos (see caption of coaching video above), a chat box is provided on the screen to give parents and children the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from a 4Gens facilitator.
